PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This client needed to change the safety culture in the workplace. Team members were becoming complacent and avoidable accidents were occurring.

  • Developed a Zero Harm platform that highlighted the campaign target.

  • Designed personable and engaging safety messaging that played on the words of the automotive industry.

  • Issued individual merchandise kits with updated safety messaging each month to keep safety top of mind.

  • Issued Safety Score Boards to 100 sites that measured MLT and LTIs.

  • Developed a complete training manual containing monthly reporting, checklists and SOPs that was rolled out to 700 team members.

RESULTS: Reduced LTIs by more than 50% in the initial 12 months. Based on initial success of the program, it has since been rolled out to the Corporate Network of 1500 sites.
