Zero Harm Safety Campaign
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
This client needed to change the safety culture in the workplace. Team members were becoming complacent and avoidable accidents were occurring.
Developed a Zero Harm platform that highlighted the campaign target.
Designed personable and engaging safety messaging that played on the words of the automotive industry.
Issued individual merchandise kits with updated safety messaging each month to keep safety top of mind.
Issued Safety Score Boards to 100 sites that measured MLT and LTIs.
Developed a complete training manual containing monthly reporting, checklists and SOPs that was rolled out to 700 team members.
RESULTS: Reduced LTIs by more than 50% in the initial 12 months. Based on initial success of the program, it has since been rolled out to the Corporate Network of 1500 sites.
