ACM Parts Redefining Repair

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

ACM Parts lacked clarity around what they do and why they exist.

Traditionally a wrecker, ACM Parts had evolved over the years to become the largest supplier of A-grade recycled and new parts.

They needed to reposition the business to align with the expanded offering and improve the perception of recycled parts.

The new ACM Parts brand and capabilities were launched at Trade Events, Investor Days and Customer Open Days.

RESULTS: A well-defined purpose around Redefining Repair was developed that motivated internal teams to disrupt the market of parts supply and reimagine the service models and product standards. Paired with a modern and ownable brand identity that elevates ACM Parts quality perception.
