IBS Brake Repositioning

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The IBS Brakes has a long history in the automotive aftermarket and was known as a no frills brand. The quality of the product was well regarded however, was not reflective in the identity and packaging design.

  • Repositioned the brand to be a functional brand that mechanics trust.

  • Launched the Trade Fit platform to talk directly to the key benefits of the brand and audience.

  • Modernised the logo and packaging to create a more professional image that was reflective of the product quality inside the box.

  • Designed and executed a highly interactive and engaging sales incentive program.

  • Developed POP displays, training and promotional content for resellers.

RESULTS: Achieved a 90% onboarding rate of 190 Burson Trade Stores, and over achieved sales target of 54% YOY growth.
