PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Protex is an aftermarket brake brand. Recently, Protex had diluted its brand value through over extension of the brand into other categories and as a result was loosing market share to specialist brands.

To resurrect the Protex brand, build credibility and win back stockiest the brand needed to refocus on its braking heritage and specialisation.

  • Repositioning the brand as a leading brake specialist.

  • Designed and managed the rollout of new packaging and livery of the brand across, digital, print and communication.

  • Launched a reseller engagement program and event.

  • Developed and led sales team and customer training programs.

  • Extended the product program to meet the changing vehicle demands with the introduction of 4WD and Performance ranges.

  • Ongoing brand campaigns and sales incentive programs supported the momentum of the relaunch winning back and secure new accounts.

  • Developed ongoing communication platform for ATL and BTL channels.
