Protex is an aftermarket brake brand. Recently, Protex had diluted its brand value through over extension of the brand into other categories and as a result was loosing market share to specialist brands.
To resurrect the Protex brand, build credibility and win back stockiest the brand needed to refocus on its braking heritage and specialisation.
Repositioning the brand as a leading brake specialist.
Designed and managed the rollout of new packaging and livery of the brand across, digital, print and communication.
Launched a reseller engagement program and event.
Developed and led sales team and customer training programs.
Extended the product program to meet the changing vehicle demands with the introduction of 4WD and Performance ranges.
Ongoing brand campaigns and sales incentive programs supported the momentum of the relaunch winning back and secure new accounts.
Developed ongoing communication platform for ATL and BTL channels.
