PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The Michel’s Patisserie Evolution program was designed to anticipate consumer trends and improve the consumer experience for the franchised network that was loosing relevance in the market.
The new look Michel’s Patisserie stores featured an updated product range, including baguettes, sandwiches and freshly-baked croissants.
Enhanced store design and retail experience centered around the brands beautiful French heritage inorder to appeal to the growing patisserie and specialty cake market.
Featuring a central barista service area that heightened the coffee experience for customers, building on the already outstanding coffee reputation of Michel’s.
RESULTS: Achieved a 65% increase in average weekly sales against the top 10 comparable stores.
