PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Michel’s Patisserie Evolution program was designed to anticipate consumer trends and improve the consumer experience for the franchised network that was loosing relevance in the market.

  • The new look Michel’s Patisserie stores featured an updated product range, including baguettes, sandwiches and freshly-baked croissants.

  • Enhanced store design and retail experience centered around the brands beautiful French heritage inorder to appeal to the growing patisserie and specialty cake market.

  • Featuring a central barista service area that heightened the coffee experience for customers, building on the already outstanding coffee reputation of Michel’s.

RESULTS: Achieved a 65% increase in average weekly sales against the top 10 comparable stores.
