PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Truckline had aggressive growth plans to roll out 50 stores nationally. The brand needed to differentiate from competitors and better define its message.

Development of the new generation of stores was required prior to expansion plans.

  • The new look stores enable the ultimate customer experience. Along with bigger sites to hold greater number of parts, the new format incorporates the online and digital capabilities into the retail experience.

  • A new ‘Smart Hub’ allows customers to view the catalogues ‘endless aisle’ of products available and watch product demonstrations while in the store.

  • Enhanced merchandising displays and clear way finding signage throughout.

RESULTS: 26% increase on network YOY. Network revenue tracking 26% up YOY, with same store refurbs up 40%.
