Over the years the sports supplement customer had changed, no longer the gym junkies, the market had extended to the everyday health conscious consumer.

Nutrition Warehouse wanted to update and refresh their store livery and messaging to match the new market.

  • Modernised brand and aligned messaging to new consumer needs.

  • Refined store design and merchandising of products.

  • Introduced new range of natural/plant based products.

  • Launched the ‘Built For’ campaign platform in store and online that allowed customers to personalise their merchandise to match their fitness goals.

  • Implemented and managed an Influencer Program with over 250 highly engaged partners that improved social reach by over 2.5mil returned strong referrals to sales.
